ICAD offers site selection services through LocationOne Information System (LOIS), an online database that allows users to search for available commercial and industrial buildings and sites in the Iowa City Area. Specific information such as building or site characteristics, utility services to the property and contact information can all be found in the system. The database also features community and area information including demographics, transportation, tax incentives and quality of life.
