
ImOn Communications Hires Margaret Horsfield as Strategy and Transformation Officer

Cedar Rapids, Iowa – ImOn Communications has hired Margaret Horsfield as Strategy and Transformation Officer, effective September 12, 2022. Ms. Horsfield will drive long-term strategic planning for ImOn and create a roadmap to drive plan execution to help ImOn achieve its goals.
Ms. Horsfield brings over a decade of program management and leadership experience to her role at ImOn. She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer & President for J.E. Adams Industries, and prior, Ms. Horsfield was with Collins Aerospace (formerly Rockwell Collins, Inc.) for nearly 17 years. At the time she departed Collins Aerospace, Ms. Horsfield was the business leader for the Integrated Training Solutions portfolio with responsibility for the full business cycle. She brings diverse business experiences and is a relationship focused transformation agent.

Ms. Horsfield lives in Solon with her husband and three children. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Tanager Place.
