Tiffin

Tiffin is located just west of the crossroads of I-80 and I-380 (Avenue of the Saints) and is situated in western Johnson County.  It is located on US Hwy 6 and Iowa Interstate Railroad, bordered by North Liberty, Coralville, and Iowa City.

Tiffin’s regional location makes it a great place for easy access to major employers, such as Whirlpool, Quaker Oats, Rockwell Collins, Cargill, Oral-B, Procter & Gamble, ACT, and TransAmerica.

The historic Amana Colonies are located 15 miles to the west of Tiffin. The Herbert Hoover Presidential Library in West Branch is only 19 miles to the east along I-80.

The Eastern Iowa Airport with international service and connections is located 16 miles to the north of Tiffin. Amtrak rail service on the California Zephr Line is just 52 miles to the south in Mount Pleasant.

Numerous small businesses are located in or near Tiffin, meeting the growing demand for the continuous new residential construction underway.

An industrial park within the southern city limits has available sites. It is zoned for Light Industrial, south off Interstate 80 and is on a recently completed improved roadway.
