Every Monday, we’ll send out a Workforce Wellness | Survive and Thrive with ICAD Newsletter that will give our Workforce Wellness schedule for the week, as well wellness-focused articles, podcasts, workout classes, and more. In addition to the weekly email, we will also be doing a daily wellness text, a daily coffee + calm session, and a daily mindful moment. You can find out more about those initiatives below.
Coffee + Calm
Morning Coffee + Calm — 15 minutes every day at 10:00am to take a break and connect with HR + business leaders.
Afternoon Mindful Moment — 20 minutes every day at 2:30pm to reset and recharge.
