MEDCO to Host “Marketing Your Sites, Buildings, & Community Luncheon”

Setting yourself apart from the competition requires a clear understanding of how project leads uncover the unique development opportunities in your community. The Marion Economic Development Corporation invites land owners, building owners, financial partners, and other development professions to attend a luncheon titled “Marketing Your Sites, Buildings & Community.” Michael Gould, Business Development Project Manager for the Iowa Economic Development Authority , will lead a presentation and discussion on tools available to area development professionals seeking to connect their sites and buildings to business attraction efforts across the state of Iowa and beyond.

The luncheon will be held Thursday, June 29th from 12-1pm at Legacy Manufacturing (6509 Partners Avenue, Marion, IA). Registration is required. Cost is $10 and includes a boxed lunch. Registration is open at www.medcoiowa.org/about-medco/events/.

The luncheon will be hosted at Legacy Manufacturing. Legacy just completed a new 133,000 square foot facility in the Marion Enterprise Center (MEC). The MEC is a Certified Industrial Park that has attracted more than twenty million dollars of new investment over the past three years.
