Opportunity Zones
Opportunity Zones is a program established by Congress in the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that will soon come to qualifying Iowa City and Coralville areas. The program was created to encourage long-term, private investments into low-income urban and rural communities across the nation.

Interactive Map of Opportunity Zones
The Economic Innovation Group has put together a national map of Opportunity Zones. The interactive map is a great way to view the qualifying zones in our area as well as the 8,700 other qualifying areas across the country.
