Strategic Doing

What is Strategic Doing?

In today’s world, collaboration is essential to meet the complex challenges we face. Strategic Doing teaches people how to form collaborations quickly, move them toward measurable outcomes and make adjustments along the way.

Strategic Doing enables leaders to design and guide new networks that generate innovative solutions. It is a new strategy discipline that is lean, agile and fast—just what organizations, communities, and regions need to survive and thrive.

How ICAD Can Help

All 6 of ICAD’s employees have undergone the Strategic Doing Practitioner Training organized by the Purdue Agile Lab. With this training, we are able to lead complex collaborations for organizations in our community. Currently, have two offerings available:

  1. Guided Workshop — ICAD will lead your organization through the Strategic Doing process to tackle your organization’s complex challenge.
  2. Training — In a 2.5 day training, ICAD will lead individuals to become Strategic Doing Practitioners. These trainings are suitable for both those newer to Strategic Doing as well as those who are already experienced and are ready to train others. After the highly interactive training, you will be able to guide your own Strategic Doing workshops.
